We offer users a full payroll service, and each user has a choice of online payslips and reports, or both online and paper payslips and reports.
In addition to this we also offer a managed account service, a free text message reminder service, a free full end to end Auto Enrolment service, free fact sheets and we provide all relevant payroll and AE Pension paperwork.
As part of our ongoing desire to help and support individual users and with the co-operation of the local authorities we work with, we also provide free training sessions to Direct payment recipients on best practice when running a payroll, and other payroll related issue such as Auto Enrolment.
We provide support to our clients over the telephone, via email and post, plus provide online videos and helpfull factsheets and supporting documentation.
