We provide a supported employment service to D/deaf and hard of hearing people to realise their potential. We undertake the following:
- Assessment and registration
- Action plan and job goals
- Skills assessment and planning
- Creating a new CV or updating a CV
- Training and skills development including digital skills
- Work experience placements and voluntary work
- Working with employers to recruit and retain D/deaf employees
- Attending interviews with clients
- Access to work support and application
- Job coaching and support throughout to ensure retention of employment
