Independent Age - Advice Service
Each year, our nationwide advice and information service directly helps over 100,000 older people, their relatives and carers, while our network of volunteers provide services, such as befriending, to those who feel lonely.
We use the knowledge and understanding gained from our frontline services to challenge poor care and to campaign for a fair deal for older people - a reasonable income and quality of life, fair access to information and an opportunity to contribute to their communities.
All our services are free.
