This project has a total of 58 units, including an emergency bed space, comprising of 40 hostel rooms and 18 self-contained bedsits.
The 40 hostel rooms are for rough sleepers with complex needs and the 18 bedsits are for step-down accommodation.
All referrals are provided through LBTH's Homeless Options and Support Team (HOST). Hostel residents are expected to remain for a period of 3 -15 months before moving on. Move on is mainly expected to be through PRS (Private Rented Accommodation Scheme).
The service model is recovery based within a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE). This is delivered in collaboration with key agencies in a multi-agency approach. The service is supported by the organisation's clinical psychologist.
