Register your interest to provide a service by clicking Register on the Home Page and choose 'Register as a provider'.
Complete some brief details about yourself/business. Read the Terms and Conditions and if you accept these, please tick the box. Find out more about Terms and Conditions.
Complete the 'new provider checklist'.
If your service is commissioned by Tower Hamlets council or the Tower Hamlets Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), your service will be 'passported' on to the system and the commissioner for your service will contact you to approve your listing. You will not need to upload any documents.
If your service is commissioned by one of the other East London Solutions (ELS) boroughs, Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, or Waltham Forest, you can let us know about this when we contact you about your listing, and your service will be 'passported' on to the system.
For any services which are NOT commissioned by any of the above (even if you are a provider of other commissioned services), you will need to apply to the ELS Quality Assurance scheme for that particular service.
To find out more about the ELS Quality Assurance process please click here.
Please note, we are not accepting listings from providers of care homes located outside of Tower Hamlets. Service users, carers and staff looking for care homes outside of Tower Hamlets are advised to search for homes through the Care Quality Commission website.
You will be contacted by a London Borough of Tower Hamlets staff member who will either inform you that your application has been accepted and your details will now appear on the Tower Hamlets Community Catalogue website, or who will be in touch to explain any additional details that may be needed before the service can be listed.
Now that your application is live on the Tower Hamlets Community Catalogue website, should you require any further technical help or support in relation to the website, you can contact email@example.com
